Submission for 4th Canadian Conference on Positive Psychology
Thank you for applying to present a workshop.
We strongly recommend that you make a digital copy of your answers prior to completing this form, as it has no option to save your contents part way through.
Workshops are 60-minute, dynamic and interactive sessions that focus on either a specific positive psychology intervention, method of practice or assessment. Workshop submissions should include a 150-word biography of the workshop leader(s), a 200-word abstract, and an indication of the general topic to assist the conference team in choosing an appropriately diverse set of topics. Proposals for applied workshops that are not reporting original research should include at least 3 citations of empirical research the workshop is based on. Workshop leaders are also required to provide 2 references that can attest to the workshop leader’s effective delivery.
1. This site does not save drafts and must be completed in one sitting. It also “times out” after an extended period of time and does not save your information. We suggest you complete your submission in a word document and then copy and paste the answers into this site.
2. This year we are also hosting the 1st Canadian Scientific Meeting on Wellbeing (Scientific Meeting). You are most welcome to submit the same abstract to BOTH the main conference and the scientific meeting by completing both forms. Please consider how you will gear it toward the appropriate audience:
For the main conference
